Rosie Kirk founded Arrival after years of working in consumer tech and housing services in Manchester. She built Arrival to give renters the same straightforward utility experience that other parts of home admin already have.

Utility admin is confusing by default. Every feature we build should make something clearer — not add another thing to track. If we're adding complexity, we're doing it wrong.
Honest about what we are
Arrival is a setup and management layer — not a supplier, not an intermediary that takes a cut of your bills. Your accounts are registered in your name directly with each supplier. We think that's important to say plainly: you're not locked in to us, and your data doesn't get sold.
