Everything you need to know about creating your account and getting your utilities set up.
Go to joinarrival.com/login/register, enter your name, email, and a password. You'll also enter your postcode to check coverage. The whole process takes under two minutes.
Your new address, your move-in date, and your contact details. It helps to know your broadband speed preference, but that can be decided during setup. You don't need meter readings before you start.
At least 10 days before your move-in date, ideally two weeks. Broadband installation in particular needs lead time for the engineer appointment.
Enter your postcode on the coverage page to check. Arrival covers Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire.
Basic is free and covers setup for one move. Plus (£7.99/month) adds ongoing management — bill reminders, annual tariff reviews, and one-click move-out. See the pricing page for a full comparison.
Yes, as part of setup you authorise a direct debit that will collect payments for all five utilities. You'll set the payment date during the process. The mandate is set up directly with your bank.
You'll receive an email confirming your Arrival account is created, followed by confirmation emails as each supplier account is registered. Each email includes your reference number with that supplier.
Yes, from your account dashboard. If your date changes significantly, contact us so we can update supplier notifications accordingly.
Completely fine. Your utilities start from your move-in date regardless of when in the month that falls. Your first bill will be prorated accordingly.
