Managing Your Account

Questions about your dashboard, direct debit, and account settings.

From your account dashboard, go to Billing > Payment date. You can select any date between the 1st and 28th of the month. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

Go to Billing > Direct debit details and follow the prompts to re-authorise with your new account. The change takes effect within 3 business days. A confirmation will be sent by email.

Yes. Your Arrival dashboard shows a breakdown per utility for each billing period. You can download individual bill summaries from the Bills section.

Go to Account > Profile to update your name, email, phone, and notification preferences. Address changes (i.e. you're moving) are handled through the Moving section — see the Moving guide.

From your dashboard, select Upgrade to Plus. The £7.99/month charge begins from the date you upgrade. All Plus features activate immediately.

Go to Account > Subscription > Cancel Plus. Your Plus features remain active until the end of your current billing month. You'll then revert to Basic with no charge.

Contact us at [email protected] to close your account. Note that your utility supplier accounts are separate — closing your Arrival account doesn't close those. You'll need to manage each supplier individually after.
