Yes, Basic is genuinely free for a single move. We make money when customers choose to upgrade to Plus for ongoing management. There's no trial period, no card required upfront, and no auto-upgrade without your consent.
Yes. You can upgrade to Arrival Plus at any point after setup from your account dashboard. The Plus features (reminders, tariff review, move-out closure) activate immediately.
Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have Plus access until the end of your current billing month. There are no cancellation fees or exit charges.
No. You pay your utility suppliers their standard rates directly. Arrival's £7.99/month Plus fee is separate from — and in addition to — your actual utility costs. We don't mark up energy, water, or broadband bills.
